Our fee for private/individual costume rentals is $65 (beginning 9/15/23). This includes accessories, and cleaning costs. Wigs and shoes are extra. These rentals are for five days.

If items are returned late without notice an additional fee of 25% of the rental price will be added.

Our base rental for a theatre production covers a two week period.

Weeks 3 & 4 are 50% of base rental, weeks 5+ are 25% of base rental.

Theatre organizations that rent more than 20 costumes qualify for a bulk discount, based on total rental cost.

Spend $1,000- $1,999 get 10% off
$2,000- $4,999 get 12% off
$5,000- $9,999 get 15% off
$10,000 and up get 20% off

Part of the mission of The Costume Collective is to provide accessible costumes. We are willing to work with your budget and bring the best production possible to life.

Prices include standard cleaning.

If an item requires special attention, a $5 cleaning fee will be charged upon return.

We have Vintage and Materials Surcharges for certain items that are fragile or have a high value. These are based on a percentage of the rental rate and our staff will alert you if a piece you choose fits the criteria for a surcharge.
